Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to revise and change this policy without prior notice. Whenever we update this policy, we will revise the date found at the bottom of the page. Please review this page frequently to ensure you are up-to-date with our policies. If you place an order with us, the current policies at the time will apply.

All sales are final once payment has been made. In order to keep costs down, much of our system is fully-automated and cancelling after an order has been placed is not possible at this time.

We guarantee that each printed product will be free of defects and meet the highest of industry standards. If you have any issues with your prints, you may contact our customer service and we would be happy to address your needs. If the prints are found to be defective and not up to our standards and obligations, we will resolve the matter with one of the these two possible outcomes:

1. We will reprint the original print job with an immediate turn around.
2. We will refund the original print job purchase price.

We keep the right to require samples of any potentially defective products prior to instating either of the above resolutions.
Within 24-48 hours of instating one of the above resolutions we will be in contact. If we cannot make contact with you over a five business day period of time, we will assume that your problem has been otherwise resolved and we will not issue any reprint or refund. Once the above resolution is instated, unless otherwise agreed upon, you will be required to return the entire original print job to us at the address provided to you by our customer service team, within 10 calendar days after the above resolution is reached. If your product is not returned to us within the 10 days you are agreeing that their original order should be charged against your credit card on file.

When applicable, your refund will be issued within 10 business days after we receive your returned product. When applicable, a reprint of your your order will be placed into "rush" production within one business of receiving your returned product, or earlier if we make that determination.

The following are examples of the types of issues that will not constitute a refund or reprint:

  • Any order the is undeliverable by UPS or refused at the time of delivery.
  • Any issues arising from the customer submitting an improper shipping address.
  • Any order that is delayed due to the customer providing incomplete information.
  • Any order that requires special shipping accommodations due to the customer providing incomplete or incorrect information.
  • Any issues that arise from shipping company delays, acts of God, unmanageable weather conditions, environmental or other disaster, perils of the air, enemies of the State, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, and any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.
  • Any issues that arise from the art being converted from RGB to CMYK format. This will only occur if improperly developed artwork is submitted for print.
  • Any errors contained within the customer file, such as misspelling, wrong graphics, incorrectly setup bleeds, damaged fonts, wrong cuts, incorrect folds, cut lines or crop marks, transparency, overprint, and finished product size.
  • Any issues resulting from the printing of artwork that fails to meet or exceed our 300dpi image requirements.
  • Any products that are not an "exact match" color or density of ink expected. We cannot match exact desired ink colors or densities.
  • Any orders that results in a duplicate print job due to customer error.
  • Any issues that arise from a mistake by UPS to obtaining a signature or delivery to the wrong location.
